Best pool store around
Completely satisfied with our new pool . The Customer service from the time we started the process was great . Jason and the "A" team , Al and Fred Portell,were amazing every step of the install . Answered all our questions and were very professional . Megan is very professional and helpful inside the store also. I would recommend them to others
The guys installed our pool yesterday and it looks AMAZING!!!! We had EXCELLENT customer service in the store and EXCELLENT customer service with the owner when they came and installed it. I would recommend thus company to anyone!
I purchased an above ground pool from Home Pools & Spa's... Megan was great to work with and provided me with a lot of information during the buying process and also when scheduling the installation. I called their office many times with questions and she usually had the answer or got it for me if she didn't. The installation crew was great...I was totally impressed with them! While installing our pool one of crew members cut his hand and had to go to the ER to get stitches...but came right back and finished the job! If you're considering purchasing a pool I definitely recommend Home Pools & Spas.
